Carlton Massage & TCM Treatments: Warm, Personalised Care at The Spring Clinic
By Holly Gosnell, AHPRA-registered TCM practitioner, acupuncturist and massage therapist
If you're searching for Carlton massage treatment, TCM or acupuncture then welcome! I'm Holly, an AHPRA-registered acupuncturist and massage therapist practising from The Spring Clinic in Carlton, Melbourne. My approach blends traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) with nervous-system-informed treatment, so every session hopefully feels relaxed, informative and specific to your case.
How treatment can help
People come to me for many reasons: a stiff neck after months at a desk, a mind that won't switch off at night, or a body that needs gentle support through a big life season. Whatever brings you in, we start by talking. I want to understand your history, your goals and what you've already tried, then shape each treatment around you.
Every treatment also comes with TCM dietary and lifestyle suggestions, so you leave with simple things you can do at home between visits.
What I treat
Acupuncture and TCM can be a supportive, complementary part of your care, and they work alongside your GP or other health professionals. Common reasons people book include:
Stress, anxiety and sleep. Calming treatments that combine acupuncture, TCM bodywork and nervous-system-informed care.
Pain and muscle tension. Neck, shoulder and back tightness, headaches linked to tension, and jaw and TMJ tightness.
Women's health. Support for hormonal balance and menstrual comfort, perimenopause and menopause, pregnancy, and fertility, including complementary support during IVF.
Digestive health. A TCM approach for people dealing with bloating, IBS and general gut discomfort.
Fluid balance and recovery. Lymphatic drainage massage and energy and lymphatic balance work with acupuncture.
